Hoofland Heroes Demo 3 by KSchnee Hoofland Heroes Demo 3 by KSchnee…
This playable demo is a downloadable Windows program rather than a Webplayer version. Use your team of adventurers to work together on quests, then head to the tavern and brag for fame and stress relief! More details are in the title screen's about/credits page.

A neat minor enhancement would be bone-based 2D animation, as in this tutorial:… . I don't like the chibi style seen in some uses of it though.

Okay, seriously getting back to "Learning To Fly" this weekend.

Unrelated experimental story:…

It looks very nice. The color choices are good overall, but I'm not fond of the highlight color for Whisper's name. I like the general layout as well. I haven't played the demo but I can kind of "grock" the game just seeing what you've presented in the screenshot.

I did like the web-player version better (as all my gizmos are Mac OS or iOS).

It's a trivial comment, but perhaps you could use a drop shadow effect for the character name text. The white highlights in the woodgrain background breaks up the white letters and makes them more difficult to read.

I should probably get a new interface theme. One reason I don't quite like this one is the gradient on the buttons, which makes both light and dark text hard to read. (The samples for this theme use an outline, so maybe I'll try that.) Still want to go with a natural/fantasy theme though. Might help to do a standard resolution like 1024x768 -- or should I be targeting 16:9 screens?

Will see what I can do about an iOS version; Unity supports it but I haven't installed the code to build for it.
